Description

  • Weekly Trading Activities
    • Review and process weekly trading data received from operational sites.
    • Ensure all revenue streams are received and recorded in a timely manner.
    • Reconcile partnership and third-party arrangements, ensuring accurate allocation of proceeds.
    • Produce and maintain weekly trading performance reports.
    • Investigate and escalate any variances or anomalies in trading results.
  • Operational Finance & Commercial Support
    • Maintain and input key operational cost metrics (e.g., labour ratios).
    • Identify and highlight performance issues, including overspending, inefficiencies, and unusual discounting or promotional activity.
  • Cash Management, Treasury & Compliance
    • Support the preparation of weekly payment runs.
    • Perform regular bank and cash reconciliations.
    • Monitor adherence to delegated financial authorities and approval thresholds.
    • Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for all expenditure, including approved contracts and supporting records.
  • Ad Hoc & Project Support
    • Provide support for payroll processing and related reconciliations.
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities as required.
    • Contribute to statutory and licensing-related submissions.
