Description
- Manage and monitor both short-term and long-term employee absence cases, including complex long-term sickness matters.
- Provide guidance and support to the People Administration team on escalated and complex employee issues.
- Ensure consistent implementation and administration of employee policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Contribute to the delivery of an efficient, high-performing People Service function.
- Support the Senior People Manager in driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with the wider People Strategy.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and delivering an excellent employee experience.
- Provide end-to-end management of employee relations cases, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Profile
- A successful HR Advisor should have relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience within the property industry or a similar sector.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
