- Respond to customer enquiries in German, Polish, and English, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
- Process customer orders - sales order processing, logistics and invoicing. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide support to the sales team, helping with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Liaise with 3rd party supplier to ensure that products are delivered on time.
- Resolve customer issues by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring timely solutions.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all details are up to date.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data as required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
