Description
Audit Manager
- Managing a portfolio of audit and advisory clients, acting as a trusted adviser and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Leading and reviewing statutory audit assignments, ensuring work is completed to a high technical standard and within deadlines.
- Reviewing year-end accounts and financial statements, providing guidance on technical accounting matters.
- Supporting and developing junior team members through coaching, training and file reviews.
- Managing budgets, billing and client communications while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and add value to clients
Profile
A successful Audit Manager should have:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in audit and client portfolio management.
- Proven ability to lead audit assignments and review accounts and financial statements.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Previous involvement in supporting and developing junior team members.
- Commercially aware, organised and motivated to progress within a growing firm.
Job Offer
- Salary between Β£50,000 and Β£60,000, dependent on the level of experience.
