A leading corporate finance boutique is seeking an experienced M&A Associate Director or Director to advise clients within the food and drink sector on acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic transactions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established dealmaker to take a leading role in originating and executing transactions while becoming a trusted adviser to high-growth businesses and investors across the sector.

The firm works with privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, family-owned groups, private equity investors and larger corporate organisations, advising on a broad range of strategic and value-creating transactions.
- Description
- Lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within the food and drink sector.
- Originate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, investors and professional introducers.
- Advise business owners and management teams on strategic options, acquisitions, disposals and growth initiatives.
- Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, information memoranda and client presentations.
- Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through to completion.
- Profile
- Proven M&A experience gained within an advisory firm, investment bank or boutique environment.
- Strong experience advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising transactions.
- Previous exposure to food and drink sector clients is essential.
- Demonstrable track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships at a senior level.
- Job Offer
- Competitive salary: AD - £80,000 - £100,000; Director - £100,000 - £125,000
- Discretionary bonus, typically paying between 15%-30%
