Our client is a leading UK Charity and is looking to hire an Application Support Engineer with a focus on iTrent. This role can be done 100% remote within the UK.

Description

  • Provide technical support for the iTrent HR and payroll system, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.
  • Develop custom solutions within the iTrent application to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with teams across the organisation to gather and analyse system requirements.
  • Perform system upgrades, updates, and patches to maintain optimal performance.
  • Ensure data integrity and security within the iTrent application.
  • Document technical processes and create user guides for internal teams.
  • Identify and troubleshoot system issues, implementing effective resolutions.
  • Work closely with vendors and external partners to enhance system functionality.

Profile

  • Must haves: iTrent experience, Troubleshooting, Back end coding in iTrent, Debug and fix problems in iTrent
  • Nice to haves: Public Sector or Charity experience
