Description
- Managing a portfolio of corporate and personal insolvencies to include, CVL's, MVL's, Administrations, compulsory liquidations and bankruptcies.
- Overseeing the compliant and efficient advancement of cases from appointment to closure.
- Participate in initial meetings with distressed companies, working closely with Directors to identify the most appropriate financial solutions.
- Be able to manage WIP and provisions on portfolio and meet the monthly deadlines
- Work closely with other departments in the firm, providing support to clients.
- Assist building the team and, where appropriate, provide training to develop others.
- Actively engage in the firm's networking and business development initiatives
Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate insolvency.
- JIEB qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in attending initial meetings and successfully securing engagements.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring less experienced team members
