Description Head Of Transactional Finance will; Oversee daily transactional finance activities to maintain accurate and timely financial records. Set clear priorities for the transactional finance function and keep work moving to agreed deadlines. Review financial data and resolve issues that may affect the quality or timing of reporting. Work closely with the wider Accounting & Finance department to support consistent financial processes. Monitor key finance activities and provide clear updates on progress, issues and next steps. Improve the flow of transactional finance work by identifying practical process improvements. Ensure financial information is organised and ready for internal reporting requirements. Provide direction on operational finance matters to help the business make informed decisions.Profile A successful 'Head Of Transactional Finance' should have: Strong experience leading transactional finance activities within an accounting and finance setting. The ability to review financial information carefully and identify issues promptly. Experience managing competing finance priorities while maintaining accurate outputs. A clear understanding of transactional finance processes and reporting needs. Confidence in improving day-to-day finance processes and ways of working.
