My client is one of the biggest musical equipment manufacturers looking for a Social Media and Content Creator based in Birmingham.
Description
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ensuring content is tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Produce high-quality multimedia content, including video, photography, graphics, web content, copy, PR materials, and email campaigns that align with brand objectives.
- Collaborate with artists, stakeholders, and the wider marketing team to develop authentic, engaging content while supporting campaigns, product launches, and industry events.
- Monitor social media channels by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, while researching trends, competitor activity, and new content opportunities.
- Track and report on social media and website performance using analytics tools, including GA4 and platform insights, to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future strategies.
- Support email marketing through campaign planning, audience segmentation, scheduling, reporting, and maintaining consistency with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
Profile
- Creative and proactive with a strong eye for content creation, digital storytelling, and social media trends.
- Experience working in the music industry or similar industry.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce engaging, brand-appropriate copy for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Hands-on experience creating social media content.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively within a team.
- An interest in music, audio equipment, or the professional audio industry, with an understanding of how to tailor content and messaging for consumer and trade audiences.
- Can commute to Birmingham.
