Description
Analyse and document existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Support the implementation of system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Create and author User Stories for the Digital and Development teams.
Conduct testing and validation of new systems or system enhancements.
Provide training and support to users on new systems and processes.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation.
Work closely with the technology team to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for optimisation.
Profile
A successful Business Change and Systems Analyst should have
Experience in analysing and improving business processes and systems.
Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Writing User Stories.
Proficiency in technical documentation and creating clear specifications.
Knowledge of system testing and validation techniques.
