A Director role for a leading Midlands firm of accountants that focuses on the SME market. You will join as a member of the local leadership team, responsible for growing and developing the revenues of your department as well as supporting the wider business as it expands across the Midlands.

Client Details: An established and expanding mid-market accounting and advisory firm with multiple offices across the West Midlands.

Description:

  • Provide leadership across the department
  • Support with the success and growth of the department, including work-winning and client retention
  • Manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services
  • Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a tailored and commercial approach
  • Drive advisory-led conversations and identify opportunities to refer work
  • Support, develop, and help mentor the team, aligning people strategy with departmental and firm-wide objectives
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team and wider business

Profile:

  • ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
