With a strong focus on operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement, they are looking to appoint an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a high-performing outbound operation. Description As Warehouse Supervisor based in Biggleswade, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of a busy outbound warehouse function, managing a team of 50+ colleagues to ensure customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager, you will drive performance, develop team capability, and support the delivery of key operational objectives. Key responsibilities include: Leading daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity, quality and service targets Managing and motivating a large operational team across picking, packing and dispatch activities Monitoring KPIs and implementing actions to improve performance Driving continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes Conducting team briefings and communicating operational priorities Coaching, mentoring and developing team members Managing attendance, performance and employee relations matters Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and best practice Promoting a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence Supporting warehouse projects and business improvement initiativesProfile The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capability and a passion for developing people within a fast-paced logistics environment.
