Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Operations
- Azure (Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SSO/Enterprise Apps)
- Microsoft Intune (device management) and Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of cloud and endpoint environments.
- Own and monitor backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
- Maintain operational standards and documentation across all IT infrastructure components.
- AWS knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patching, and capacity planning.
- Manage the relationship, performance, and contracts of technical service partners and SaaS vendors.
- Oversee the technical engagement of third-party Assessors involved in exam content development and systems access.
