Description
As Interim Head of Procurement you will be working in a stand alone role. Duties will include, however, not be limited to:
- Set up procurement policies & procedures for the organisation.
- Ensure that contracts are aligned to company policies & with favourable terms.
- Manage procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for optimal outcomes.
- Monitor and address any issues within the supply chain promptly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
Profile
A successful Interim Head of Procurement should have:
- Strong experience in procurement, ideally working in a smaller SME organisation.
- Experience working in a completely greenfield environment.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a temporary role.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of Β£450 to Β£550, dependent on the level of experience, inside Ir35.
