As Marketing Manager for Germany you will be responsible for leading and executing the marketing strategy in the market as part of the brand's European expansion. This role will drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and commercial performance through fully integrated, shopper-led marketing programmes across retail, digital, social, influencer, and earned channels.

Description:
- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Germany.
- Own local market insights, competitor analysis, and consumer behaviour understanding.
- Translate global campaigns into locally relevant strategies that reflect German retail dynamics.
- Lead end-to-end execution of product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal activity across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and delivery across brand, social, influencer, PR, and retail touchpoints.
- Partner closely with Sales and Shopper Marketing to plan and deliver in-store activation, POS, promotions, and retail.
- Work closely with Social, Influencer, PR, eCommerce, and Supply Chain teams to ensure integrated execution.
- Track campaign performance, shopper effectiveness, and marketing KPIs across channels.
- Manage local marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing roles within FMCG, beauty, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience managing a local market or country remit, ideally Germany.
- Strong experience working with large retail partners.
- Experience delivering shopper marketing and in-store activation alongside brand campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the German beauty, consumer, and retail landscape.
- Commercial mindset with strong planning, prioritisation, and budget management skills.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
