Michael Page HR are delighted to partner with a highly successful Derbyshire based organisation to appoint for a Benefits and Payroll Specialist to join a busy HR team. This role can offer hybrid working of 4 days office and 1 home per week.
The role of Benefits and Payroll Specialist is a busy, varied and diverse role, working as part of a global HR function you will play a key role in delivering high-quality compensation and benefits services in the UK. This is an autonomous role, taking responsibility for management of outsourced payroll, benefits, time & attendance, and offboarding processes, while ensuring compliance with local legislation. This will include but not limited to:
- Manage the relationship and communication with the outsourced payroll provider
- Administer employee benefits programmes and respond to related queries
- Collaborate with the wider HR team to support payroll/benefits processes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and policies
- Assist with audits related to payroll and benefits
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits matters
- Liaise with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including all benefits/payroll providers
A successful applicant for this role will have a proven background in a similar Benefits administration role, you will be comfortable working autonomously as well as liaising with a vast range of stakeholders. You will also be proficient in HR systems.
