This role is working for a global business based in Derbyshire.
The role would initially be temporary for 12 months, but is highly likely to be extended beyond that and could in future become a permanent role.
Description
Working as part of the order to cash team.
Dealing with purchase orders, processing the PO in SAP, raising PO's for 3rd parties.
Liaise heavily with commercial and sales teams.
Deal with stock and logistics.
Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Use the SAP system effectively.
Respond to customer enquiries, providing accurate and timely information on products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Process customer orders accurately and coordinate fulfilment requirements.
Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system.
Handle returns and refund requests in line with company policies and procedures.
Escalate complex queries or issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services that meet customer needs.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery. Profile

Job Offer
An annual salary equivalent to £30-33k. 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
Client would consider someone working 30 hours.
Standard working hours are 37.5 per week, example 8-4 or 9-5. 4 days in the office per week with 1 day working from home (there is the potential for 2 days from home).
This is a temporary contract initially for 12 months but is very likely to go on for longer or in future become a permanent position.
