The Finance Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Accounts Payable department within an established organisation. This temporary role requires a detail-oriented individual and would be great for someone looking to kick start their career in Finance/Accounting, or build on the skills they already have.
Client Details: The organisation is based near Aylesbury, and they are a friendly, small team. The company is recognised for its focus on delivering efficient and reliable financial solutions. Training will be provided. Please note that this is an office-based role and you must be able to drive to access the site, due to its remote location.
Description:
- Manage and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile financial statements and records to ensure consistency
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial databases and records
- Support the preparation of financial reports for internal use
- Respond to queries related to financial transactions and documentation
- Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with procedures
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial tasks as required
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
Profile: A successful Finance Administrator should have:
- Relevant experience in an Accounting & Finance or Administration role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
