You will act as an internal consultant, bridging the gap between the business and the wider HR team to drive effective, timely, and innovative HR solutions.\\n\\nI'm recruiting for a Associate HR Business Partner on a 3 month FTC,the contract will run from 31st March till 27th June.\\n\\nDescription\\n\\nAct as a trusted advisor, contracting on key activities and proactively resolving complex queries.\\nDevelop and nurture strong relationships with Business Leaders, and the wider HR team to ensure swift, accurate support.\\nIdentify and drive opportunities for process enhancements, developing proposals and options to improve outcomes.\\nEnsure the delivery of high-quality, timely work that meets or exceeds business expectations, using agreed escalation paths for complex issues.\\nWork closely with colleagues across HR to facilitate two-way communication, share best practices, and ensure effective knowledge transfer.\\nUtilise data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of people solutions, informing strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance. \\n\\nProfile\\n\\nProven experience in complex or matrix environments.\\nAnalytic abilities to resolve complex, logistically challenging problems.\\nA collaborative team player with a strong sense of shared ownership and commitment.\\nExperience with process improvement tools and strategies.\\nA proactive approach to personal development and career growth. \\n\\nJob Offer\\n\\nHybrid working – 2 days in Birmingham City Centre\\nA chance to make a difference on HR impacts the organisation
