Manage and organise legal documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules for the legal team. Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed. Monitor and track deadlines to ensure timely completion of legal tasks. Support with other administrative duties as required by the team.Profile A successful Assistant to the Legal Team should have: Previous experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
