Description
Assistant Management Accountant – Farnham
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and variance analysis.
- Prepare financial reports for senior managers and stakeholders, providing actionable insights.
- Help control costs by monitoring expenses and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and prepare supporting schedules.
- Process accruals, prepayments, and journal entries with accuracy.
- Support tax compliance (VAT, Corporation Tax, Payroll).
- Assist with external audits and regulatory reporting.
- Drive improvements in financial processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the implementation of financial controls and policies.
- Assist with payments processing and provide general support to the finance team on ad-hoc tasks.
Profile
A successful candidate will have experience with the above & be available on short notice.

Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
