My client are looking for an Asset Planning Manager to lead a team of skilled professionals to manage a comprehensive, integrated suite of performance and stock condition data.
Client Details: North West based housing provider looking for an Asset Planning Manager to assist their Asset strategy.
Description:
- Manage and deliver a programme of surveying, validation and inspection to provide comprehensive information that allows ongoing maintenance liabilities.
- Develop and deliver a proactive asset management approach that will lead to increased asset value and quantifiable efficiencies.
- Develop and manage the implementation of a comprehensive sustainability strategy.
- You will prepare reports and budget forecasting as required and will ensure that systems will be updated accurately.
Profile:
- Specific in-depth knowledge of property appraisal methods and data assessments that inform business decisions.
- Commercial property experience and market product assessments.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and customers.
