The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices in an established industry. This role is based in the Steyning area and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the accounting & finance department.

Description:

  • Process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain the purchase ledger, including reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.
  • Prepare and process payment runs in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve invoice and payment queries.
  • Assist with month-end processes, including reporting and reconciliations.
  • Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
