This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Business Partner to join a team of partners managing a growing and challenging business unit. The role will comprise a technical business partner with exceptional communication skills. This company is a well-established organisation, going through expansion and times of exciting change. The role will join a team of Technology partners across the business providing exceptional service, solutions and strategy.

Description

  • Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and deliver suitable solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure alignment.
  • Analyse business processes and recommend improvements through IT initiatives.
  • Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Support the implementation of new systems and provide training where necessary.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of implemented technology solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues.

Profile

  • A successful IT Business Partner should have:
  • Proven experience in IT project management or business analysis.
  • Experience in API & EDI.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
