Description
- Collaborate with departments to identify technology needs and deliver suitable solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the technology team and business units to ensure alignment.
- Analyse business processes and recommend improvements through IT initiatives.
- Manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
- Support the implementation of new systems and provide training where necessary.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for technology-related issues.
Profile
- A successful IT Business Partner should have:
- Proven experience in IT project management or business analysis.
- Experience in API & EDI.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
