What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage daily trading across selected EU marketplaces, accountable for revenue, margin, and overall profitability.
- Plan and execute campaigns around major retail events and seasonal promotions.
- Set up and manage deals, vouchers, subscription offers, and other promotional mechanics.
- Optimise product pages, including titles, descriptions, visuals, enhanced content, and storefronts.
- Monitor key marketplace metrics and implement corrective actions to improve performance.
- Contribute to regional initiatives and share best practices across teams.
- Analyse KPIs (traffic, conversion, profitability, advertising efficiency) and translate insights into action.
- Build dashboards and reporting to track trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Adjust pricing, inventory, and promotions to maximise performance.
- Benchmark against competitors and category standards.
- Handle commercial processes, including invoicing, shortages, and compliance tasks.
Profile
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing trading on major online marketplaces.
- A commercial mindset with full ownership of revenue and margin performance.
