This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded individual to join a growing, people-led professional services, PE backed business.

Description

You will work with operational teams to understand performance, improve profitability and provide insight that genuinely influences business decisions.

This will include:

  • Partnering with Client Services and senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Supporting annual planning, budgeting and forecasting.
  • Supporting commercial bids and modelling potential scenarios
  • Working with Power BI and large datasets to turn information into useful insight
  • Supporting the implementation and improvement of key business systems

Profile

A successful Commercial Finance Manager should have:

  • Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or an exceptionally strong QBE candidate, with solid Finance Business Partnering experience)
  • Experience in a FBP or commercial finance manager role (or FP & A with wider business engagement)
  • You'll have experience working for a service led-business, with awareness of an intangible product.
  • You'll need to be curious, bright, engaging and credible, with the confidence to challenge while remaining collaborative.

Job Offer

  • Annual salary up to 70k
  • Hybrid working (2 days per week in South Manchester based office)
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holiday and full closure over Christmas and New Year
