My client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ALM Manager to oversee our Asset and Liability Management department in the financial services industry. This role is based on a hybrid basis in Cardiff and will require a keen understanding of balance sheet risks and financial modelling.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development of asset and liability management strategies.
  • Identify and manage balance sheet risks.
  • Prepare and present ALM reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with different teams to develop financial models.

  • Participate in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ALM function.
