Role Summary: The Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO) will lead the company's digital transformation and information technology strategy, bridging cutting-edge digital innovation with robust IT operations. As a key member of the Leadership Team, the CDIO will champion data-driven decision-making, enhance supply chain agility, and deliver personalized consumer experiences in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role demands a visionary leader who can integrate AI, cloud technologies, and analytics to fuel sustainable growth and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Digital Strategy: Define and lead a comprehensive digital roadmap aligned with business objectives, including e-commerce expansion, omnichannel consumer engagement, and AI-powered personalization.
  • Oversee IT Infrastructure and Operations: Manage global IT systems, cybersecurity, cloud migration (AWS, Azure), ERP/CRM platforms (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce), and ensure uptime for mission-critical supply chain and manufacturing systems.
  • Drive Data and Analytics Excellence: Build and govern enterprise data platforms, leveraging big data, machine learning, and predictive analytics to optimize demand forecasting, inventory management, and marketing ROI.
  • Foster Innovation and Partnerships: Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and sales teams to pioneer digital products (AR/VR for virtual try-ons, blockchain for traceability); forge strategic alliances with tech companies and startups.
