Job Description
The role contributes to shaping and delivering strategic operating model and technology enabled transformation programmes and portfolio of change, ensuring it remains fully aligned with the firm's strategic direction. This will see the role incumbent:
- Serve as the primary strategic partner and trusted advisor to Senior Leadership and Heads of Functions, shaping coherent programmes and portfolio of change aligned with the firm's strategy.
- Build and maintain strong global stakeholder relationships, anticipating dynamics, addressing resistance, shaping negotiation and engagement strategies, and fostering collaboration across functions and regions.
- Exercise significant organisational influence by shaping strategic priorities, policies, governance approaches, and investment direction across major programmes.
- Advise functional leaders on investment prioritisation, multi-year sequencing, and programme design while developing fully scoped and costed multi‑year roadmaps and annual investment plans that deliver ROI, strategic impact, and align with firm‑wide transformation priorities.
The Successful Applicant
- 12‑16 years of experience in programme management and digital transformation.
- Extensive experience in leading complex, large‑scale programmes and portfolios across multiple industries or client environments, applying broad sector knowledge to maximise organisational value.
- Experience in managing team members by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and creating an environment that builds capability, supports growth, and enables consistent high‑quality delivery.
- Experience in using data‑driven insights to solve current and future challenges/opportunities and create tested, global and scalable solutions that create clear outcomes linked to the firm's strategy.
