  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Accounts Receivable Advisors, creating a positive and high-performing environment
  • Drive cash collection performance, reducing aged debt and improving overall cash flow
  • Act as the go-to person for resolving complex queries and escalations
  • Own key reporting and period-end activity, ensuring deadlines are met and insights are clear
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes
  • Keep a close eye on KPIs, spotting risks early and taking action
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes, efficiency, and controls
  • Support training and development across the team, helping individuals grow and succeed

  • Experience leading or supervising a credit control or AR team
  • A strong understanding of the end-to-end receivables process
  • Confidence managing stakeholders and handling challenging conversations
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar is beneficial)
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
  • A genuine interest in developing others and improving team performance
