Description
The key responsibilities of this Accounts Payable Specialist role will be:
- Handle all accounts payable inquiries efficiently
- Ensure invoices, receipts, and transactions are accurately recorded and tracked
- Coordinate payment procedures in accordance with the company’s policies
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any payment discrepancies
- Support the Accounting & Finance team in ad-hoc duties
- Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date and compliant with industry regulations
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality at all times
Profile
The successful Accounts Payable Specialist should have:
- At least three years of experience in a similar accountancy role
- Excellent numerical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in SUN systems (preferred)
