An Accounts Payable Clerk is needed to join an established accounting team within the leisure, travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Client Details This is a large organisation working within the Business services industry. Based in Dover, they have a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and providing a friendly, inclusive environment for their staff. Description Processing invoices and maintaining the purchase ledger. Reconciling supplier statements. Handling payment runs and resolving queries related to these. Assisting with month-end reporting. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Liaising with suppliers and internal departments. Supporting the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks as required. Contributing positively to the team and company culture.Profile We are looking for someone who can commit for the next 6 months We are also looking for someone who can start immediately and has a good, practical knowledge of processing invoices. Job Offer An estimated hourly rate of £11.70 to £14.30, depending on experience. A temporary contract with the potential for extension. A supportive and friendly team environment.
