This position will take responsibility for managing financial transactions and ensuring accuracy in accounting records across both AP & AR. This position requires a detail-oriented transactional accountant to provide end-to-end support, taking increased responsibility across treasury and month-end as the position evolves.

Description
- Process and reconcile financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end processes.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with accounting software and financial systems.
- 2-5 years experience within transactional finance.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- An organised and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of financial practices within the property industry is advantageous.
