Our client is an ambitious PE-Backed property management group that are investing and scaling rapidly across London; it’s a truly exciting time to join the business as they plan for an eventual exit.
Assist with maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers. Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently. Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly. Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Collaborate with colleagues to improve financial processes. Respond to financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Previous experience working within AP/AR, strong understanding of the GL. Property experience is highly desirable. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office. Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large data sets. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial tasks. The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
