An established business based in Deeside is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a 12 month FTC temporary basis to support the finance function ongoing. This role will suit an experienced Accounts Assistant who is immediately available and confident working in a hands-on, transactional finance position. Immediate start.

The Accounts Assistant duties include:

  • Daily bank reconciliations
  • Processing and loading payments
  • Supporting accounts payable and receivable activities
  • Assisting with general ledger postings
  • Ad-hoc finance support as required

The ideal Accounts Assistant must have:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
  • Strong Sage 50 experience
  • Good understanding of transactional accounting processes
  • Ability to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks
  • Immediate availability or short notice
