Description:
- Provide leadership across the department
- Support with the success and growth of the department, including work-winning and client retention
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients, delivering high-quality compliance and advisory services
- Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a tailored and commercial approach
- Drive advisory-led conversations and identify opportunities to refer work
- Support, develop, and help mentor the team, aligning people strategy with departmental and firm-wide objectives
- Embed a culture of continuous improvement across the team and wider business
Profile:
- ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent qualified, with significant post-qualification experience
