We're looking for a talented Group Management Accountant to join a growing finance team, supporting the delivery of accurate reporting and group accounting. Description

  • Lead the monthly revenue recognition process
  • Prepare consolidated monthly management accounts across group entities, including intercompany eliminations
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of new finance systems to support international growth
  • Assist with group‑level transactions and reporting
  • Monitor and forecast group cashflow
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Commercial teams to align priorities
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and challenge existing ways of working

Profile

  • A successful Group Management Accountant should have:
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Experience working within a group or international environment, including consolidations and FX
  • Strong Excel and IT skills
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Team‑oriented approach with a collaborative working style
