Description

Provide commercially focused HR and employee relations advice to a diverse client portfolio.

Support clients to develop and improve their HR practices, processes and people strategies.

Advise and coach managers on HR policies, recruitment, performance and employee management.

Help clients build positive, inclusive and values-led workplace cultures.

Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on HR matters.

Prepare and maintain HR documentation, policies, employee lifecycle documentation and client toolkits.

Profile

4+ years' HR experience with strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations.

Able to provide clear, practical, commercially focused HR advice to clients.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and problem-solving skills.

Consultative and client-focused approach, with the ability to tailor solutions to different business needs.

Highly organised, proactive and committed to continuous professional development.

CIPD qualified (or working towards qualification).

Experience of HR systems implementation would be advantageous.

Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Job Offer

Competitive salary of £40,000 to £42,000, dependent on the level of experience.

Permanent position based in Aberdeen, hybrid offered and requirement to travel locally Full driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
