Job Description
The MEP Project Manager – Life Science Projects – Wakefield MA is responsible for:

Manage construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment

Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors throughout project lifecycle
-
Lead weekly job meetings, track RFI/submittals, and oversee project documentation
-
Coordinate with field staff and superintendents to support smooth daily execution
-
Support procurement, cost forecasting, billing, and project schedules
-
Work closely with Preconstruction and Estimating teams during handoff and early planning

The Successful Applicant
The MEP Project Manager will have has the following qualifications:

5+ years of experience managing mechanical or HVAC scopes on construction projects

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, drawings, specifications, and field coordination

Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget

Excellent communication and organizational skills to manage subs, vendors, and clients

Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)

Experience working on multifamily, mixed-use, or institutional projects is a plus
-
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
