Job Description
- Develop and manage your own portfolio of clients and candidates.
- Build strong relationships through business development and networking.
- Match candidates to roles through screening, interviewing, and market insight.
- Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates on hiring trends and career development.
- Work towards targets and KPIs with the support of experienced mentors.
