Our client is a leading provider of medical and assistive equipment services, working in partnership with local authorities and healthcare providers. They support individuals to live independently in their own homes by delivering safe, effective, and compliant equipment solutions.

Job Description:

  • Managing and maintaining digital product catalogues across multiple platforms.
  • Ensuring accuracy of product data including SKUs, pricing, images, specifications, and regulatory information (e.g. UDI, GTIN, MDR).
  • Ensuring product information meets the clinical needs of prescribers.
  • Collaborating with product, clinical, procurement, and supplier teams to gather and validate data.
  • Uploading and managing product data via PIM systems and spreadsheets.
  • Monitoring data quality and catalogue performance, identifying issues and implementing improvements.
  • Maintaining awareness of procurement framework requirements (e.g. NHS Supply Chain catalogue rules).

The Successful Applicant:

Essential:
  • Proven experience managing digital product catalogues, product data and project management.
  • B2B experience.
  • A car driver and able to get to Heathrow/West Drayton - 2/3 days a week.
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Experience with PIM systems, eCommerce platforms, or B2B portals.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. UDI, GMDN, MDR).
  • Experience working with NHS Supply Chain, GHX, or similar platforms.
Desirable:
  • Experience within the medical device or healthcare sector.
  • Clinical background or experience working closely with clinical teams.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite).
  • Basic understanding of HTML or digital asset management tools.
