Job Description

The Production Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing related activities including planning, production, quality and H&S. Other day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Leading, managing and co‑ordinating all manufacturing activity on site
  • Liaising closely with both internal and external customers to achieve the desired quality standards
  • Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to for a safe workspace
  • Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement
  • Developing high performing teams
  • Achieving agreed KPIs
