Job Description
The Production Manager will be responsible for all manufacturing related activities including planning, production, quality and H&S. Other day to day responsibilities will include:
- Leading, managing and co‑ordinating all manufacturing activity on site
- Liaising closely with both internal and external customers to achieve the desired quality standards
- Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to for a safe workspace
- Promoting a culture focussed on continuous improvement
- Developing high performing teams
- Achieving agreed KPIs
