Job Description
The Company Secretary Assistant / Corporate Paralegal will:
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of board meeting documents.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
- Support the C‑Suite team with administrative tasks and correspondence.
- Coordinate and manage meeting schedules and agendas.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and other documentation.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide general support to the Company Secretary as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements within the administrative and governance functions.
