Michael Page is partnering with them to recruit a Finance Manager / Management Accountant to be based in their Uxbridge, Middlesex office, hybrid working available.
Job Description
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including cash flow planning
- Manage year-end close and act as the key contact for external auditors
- Full ownership of end-to-end accounting, including AP/AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Maintain complete and accurate accounting records from transaction processing through to final accounts
- Record and review accruals, prepayments, provisions, and journals
- Post and review payroll entries with accurate cost centre allocation
- Maintain fixed asset, lease (IFRS 16), and intangible registers
- Lead the month-end close process, including preparation of full management accounts and variance analysis
- Own all balance sheet reconciliations and ensure strong control environment
- Prepare and support statutory financial statements in line with IFRS
- Ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with Group policies
- Work closely with Group Finance on consolidation and reporting requirements
- Utilise and improve systems including Business Central, Tagetik, and BI tools

- Experienced in a similar role
- Ideally ACA Qualified from an Audit trained background
- Proven experience in management accounting
- Experience in multi-entity or group environments is desirable
- Solid understanding of month-end close and balance sheet control
- Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivots;
- Desirable : Experience using Tagetik or similar consolidation / reporting systems
