Job Description
- Lead and develop the underwriting team.
- Assess and make decisions on risk proposals.
- Ensure adherence to risk and compliance policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve underwriting processes.
- Provide expert advice on risk assessment and underwriting.
- Oversee the preparation of risk and compliance reports.
- Drive team towards meeting or exceeding company targets.
