Job Description

* Oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Support the team leads in generating and presenting comprehensive management reports on key performance indicators, project statuses, and operational metrics to senior leadership.
* Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, external audits, and regulatory requirements.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to senior management and stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement in financial operations through technology and best practices.
* Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and procedures across operational relocation accounting functions.
* Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Communicates deadlines to team members
* Conducts team meetings and one to ones to update on best practices and continuing expectations
* Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines to the team
* Conducts appraisals in-line with policy and deadlines
