Job Description
Key responsibilities of the Temporary Recruitment Administrator include:
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress.
- Answer the recruitment phone and assisting with candidate queries.
- Monitor the recruitment email inbox, ensuring queries are responded to correctly.
- Review and progress applications submitted via the ATS.
- Ensure that all candidates leave with a positive experience regardless of outcome of interviews.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure recruitment needs are met efficiently.
- Ensure interviews run to time, hold assessors to account and manage the timetable.
- Greeting candidates, prepping them for the interview, and debriefing with them after the interview to get their feedback and inform them of next steps.
- Taking in depth feedback notes in the interview feedback meetings that will be sent to candidates post-interview.
