The residential team in Bradford has 20 members, including 7 fee earners and long-serving staff with the Head of Department in post for over 20 years. Responsibilities
- Handling a reduced, high-quality caseload of complex residential matters
- Providing technical guidance, training, and mentoring to junior colleagues
- Assisting the Head of Department with daily team oversight
- Ensuring delivery of first-class service to VIP and returning clients
- No business development required
Qualifications
- A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years of residential conveyancing experience
- Confident in managing complex, high-value transactions
- Experienced in mentoring or training junior fee earners
- Technically strong, with an eye for detail and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a structured, team-based environment
Benefits
- This is a part-time position (3-4 days per week or condensed hours) with hybrid flexibility
- One on one legal assistant
- £50k-£55k FTE, plus bonus
