- Designing and specifying a range of adaptation works through to completion in line with service standards.
- Tendering and issuing of contracts for works.
- Acting as principal designer, good understanding of H&S, CDM.
- Undertaking practical completion visits on a range of adaptations and planned work streams to ensure consistency and quality.
- Ensuring that a high quality, timely, resident-focussed, and value for money service is delivered.
