Job Description:
- Deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level roles, managing the full lifecycle from role briefing through to offer and onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, partnering closely to understand requirements, guide best practice, and ensure high‑quality hiring decisions.
- Drive direct sourcing and headhunting strategies, using LinkedIn and alternative channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Own the candidate experience and ATS management, ensuring timely communication, accurate records, and a professional, engaging process throughout.
- Use recruitment data and market insight to inform stakeholders, track performance, and support continuous improvement across hiring processes.
The Successful Applicant:
- Proven experience delivering end‑to‑end recruitment at a senior level, ideally across corporate functions (e.g. Finance, IT, Corporate Affairs, Legal).
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner credibly with senior hiring managers and HR leaders.
- Demonstrated direct sourcing and headhunting capability (LinkedIn and alternative channels), not reliant on applications alone.
- Plug‑and‑play mindset - able to hit the ground running in an interim environment with minimal hand‑holding.
